Our Surrogacy Only Program in Ukraine is a dedicated solution for Intended Parents who have already successfully created their embryos. This program is designed to provide a seamless transition from embryo creation to parenthood, offering comprehensive agency management. We handle every logistical, medical, and legal detail, ensuring that your journey is professional, secure, and fully coordinated by our expert team.
Initial intake and eligibility review. Analysis of medical, legal, and personal background of Intended Parents. Program feasibility assessment. Assignment of a dedicated Program Coordinator. Individual program roadmap with milestones. Ongoing email and messenger communication, structured updates and responsiveness - Friday summary emails, bi-weekly Zoom with the program coordinator. Crisis management and problem-solving support.
Coordination with fertility clinic. Professional management and oversight of the safe transportation of embryos to our partner clinic in Ukraine. Full coordination with the fertility clinic regarding embryo receipt and storage. Scheduling and medical logistics for the Embryo Transfer (ET) procedure. Communication between clinic, surrogate, and Intended Parents. Explanation and translation of medical reports and outcomes. Research and coordination of additional tests if required.
All expenses related to medical clearance and psychological screening. Compensation and monthly allowance. Life insurance. Housing from the 32nd week of pregnancy (if there are no medical indications for earlier relocation) - for a Surrogate and her children. All program-related transportation.
All expenses related to legal consultations for a Surrogate. Contracts drafting for all parties involved. Liaison with lawyers, notaries, and local authorities. Translation and services of interpreter.
Monthly ultrasound scans, Trisomy screenings (week 12, week 16), planned medical examinations. Hospitalization & Bed rest if medically required. Pregnancy vitamins and supplements. Ongoing communication and 24/7 support of the surrogate.
All expenses related to delivery in a reputable public maternity hospital, including C-section if required. Room for the Intended Parents within the maternity hospital for the duration of the stay. Initial newborn health screenings. NICU included for up to 3000 EUR.
All expenses related to complete physical check-ups of a newborn baby by focused doctors in our partner clinic chain, Oxford Medical. Pediatrician consultations 3 visits covered.
Birth certificate in the name of Intended Parents. Documents for the Embassy to get the travel pass or passport for a child. Apostilling or legalization. Statements and consents required for subsequent Citizenship, Parental Order or Adoption process.
