Growing up in a tight-knit community, Olha witnessed firsthand the profound impact that acts of kindness, big and small, could have on people’s lives. One particular story from her youth stands out. A family member, unable to conceive, found hope and happiness through the selflessness of a surrogate.
As she matured, Olha’s fascination with biology and human connection led her to study human sciences.
Joining Ave! Fertility seemed like destiny. Olha became the bridge connecting intending parents with the selfless surrogates and donors, ensuring their journeys were filled with respect, understanding, and care. As the Surrogate Mothers and Egg Donors Coordinator, Olha’s role goes beyond mere coordination. She creates spaces where surrogates and donors feel valued, heard. Their well-being is her utmost priority, understanding the emotional and physical intricacies of their commitment.
