PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

All services required to recruit and match you with a Gestational Surrogate and Egg Donor (if needed), to coordinate your program with fertility clinic, maternity house, legal services providers and state governmental bodies

FERTILITY CLINIC EXPENSES

All expenses related to 1 IVF cycle (either with Egg Donor's or Intended Mother's gametes) and 2 embryo transfers with medications for ovarian stimulation and endometrium growth, IVF-ICSI, embryo cultivation, PGT-A, vitrification & storage

GESTATIONAL SURROGATE EXPENSES

All expenses related to medical clearance and psychological screening. Compensation and monthly allowance. Life insurance. Housing from the 26th week of pregnancy - for a Surrogate and her children. All program-related transportation

EGG DONOR EXPENSES

All expenses related to medical clearance and psychological screening. Base compensation. All program-related travel expenses. Overnight stay and meals on the day of egg retrieval. Emergency stay or hospitalization, when needed

AMERICAN-STYLE SURROGACY

LEGAL EXPENSES

All expenses related to legal consultations for a Surrogate. Contract drafting for all parties involved. Notary. Apostilling or legalization. Birth certificate. Exit process. Assistance with statements and consents to establish custody

PREGNANCY & DELIVERY

All expenses related to prenatal care and delivery in a public maternity house (including c-section). Hospitalization & bed rest. Pregnancy vitamins & supplements. Possibility of buying in-house BACKUP NICU DEPOSIT program

POST-BIRTH EXPENSES

All expenses related to complete physical check-ups of a newborn baby by focused doctors in our partner clinic chain, Oxford Medical. Psychologist consultation for Intended Parents. Neonatologist consultations 5 visits covered

LOGISTICS & HOUSING

All expenses related to program-associated local transportation. Airport shuttle for all visits. A two-night hotel accommodation is provisioned for the initial clinical visit. Final 30-day stay arranged with inclusive housekeeping
